Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Career Counseling Intern to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help individuals develop the skills and strategies necessary to achieve their career aspirations. You will guide clients in building strong resumes, mastering essential soft and hard skills, and navigating their career paths in the industries of their choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to individual career goals and needs.
• Assist clients in creating compelling, industry-specific resumes and cover letters.
• Provide guidance on identifying and developing both hard and soft skills relevant to their career paths.
• Offer strategic advice on job search techniques, networking, and interview preparation.
• Develop and deliver workshops on topics such as career planning, skill-building, and industry insights.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and job market demands to provide informed recommendations.
• Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their goals, offering support throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with other professionals and resources to enhance client offerings and success rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in career coaching, recruitment, human services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of resume-building, professional skills development, and job market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide individuals.
• Experience working with diverse groups and understanding their unique career challenges and opportunities.
• Familiarity with tools and resources for professional development and career advancement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
